Nicole Lennert started Good Buy Darling in 2017 here in Chicago. She began her business scouring estate sales and thrift stores for unique items and vintage tees. One evening, a friend with a Kardashian-level closet, approached her about cleaning out (and selling) her bougie closet, and the consignment side of the business erupted. Through word of mouth and an active Instagram account, one client turned into dozens over the years, and here we are.
When Nicole isn’t working on the business, she is a mother to two teeange sons, an avid reader, and an artist. She is a former teacher who also homeschools her teeange son Joey with autism and epilepsy. Her son Joey, helps with shipping orders each day. She is passionate about helping special needs families and you will find her active with her son’s Special Olympics program most days of the week.
In her spare time, she is a collector of vintage items and loves writing. Good Buy Darling doesn’t feel like work, it is truly a passion.
